General Maintenance

I also offer contracts for periodically repeating maintenance. For example: Delivery and refilling of salt for descaling equipment, regular checks for burnt out bulbs, resetting of non automatic clocks at daylight saving times. All those pesky jobs you never remember or get round to.

Building outside, wooden decks to garden and patio

Want to replace that sunken, aging stone patio? Or add a summer relaxing area to your garden? A wooden deck can be the answer.

Basic home repairs

I am happy to freshen up that tired bedroom door or wall, add more light to that dark corridor with some fresh paint. This includes refurbishment work prior to handing back your rented property.

Collection and Disposal

I can collect or dispose of any goods that your car is too small for. Garden furniture, DIY furniture, general dry waste. Maximum individual size is limited to 134cm x 122cm x 250cm. Multiple trips always possible.

Jet washing

Any and all outside areas can be jet washed on request. I also clean windows, dependant on size and height.

Assembly and Installation

Assembly of furniture, such as from IKEA, Pfister, Interio / hanging pictures, mirrors and lamps / installing lamps.

Terms – for all services

 

Per man and hour CHF 90.–
The first hour of any job costs CHF 115.– which includes a one off travel charge. Invoicing is rounded up to the nearest half hour.
